This is my tool to self-improvement. i figure if i talk about it regularly with others it will motivate me to show my progress and i can only do that if i actually have progress.
Okay so i did do Zy's party. But i haven't been doing as well on the food. I have been eating more food i made myself. but i have also still been eating foods from a freezer. best of that is altleast its not microwave food.
